Mr Saleshando further said the party was the only one that was ready for elections, as it had already conducted its primary elections and was currently launching its prospective candidates.
He said some political parties were still trailing behind even though the general elections were to be held in five months.
For her part, Ms Gampone pleaded with Mahalapye East constituents to vote for her in the coming general elections.
She described herself as someone who was not new to the constituency, therefore, in full understanding of their challenges, adding that her party was the only political organ which could address the challenges they were facing.
Ms Gampone said Mahalapye East was lagging behind in developments citing the dilapidated state of infrastructure at boarding schools, health posts and road network.
