President Masisi condoles with Kemokgatlas

President Dr Mokgweetsi Masisi has urged the family of the late Ms Mmaloago Kemokgatla to pin their hopes on God as they deal with the loss of their mother.
Condoling with the family at Kanye’s Goo- Ruele Ward on Friday, President Masisi said while death marked the end of each person’s earthly sojourn, those remaining behind should stay strong and not lose hope.
Urging Ms Kemokgatla’s children to not despair, he said they should draw strength from Batswana’s tradition of coming together to render support to those grieving the loss of a loved one.
Dr Masisi said it was that same spirit that compelled him to go and show the Kemokgatla family support at their time of need.
A family representative, Ms Lady Koboyankwe told President Masisi the 75-year-old, Ms Kemokgatla, who succumbed to a short illness on April 9.
Ms Koboyankwe thanked the President for always finding time out of his busy schedule to stand with grieving families.
Another family member, Mr Leonard Morakaladi described the deceased as a strong pillar that many families relied upon in different ways.
Mr Morakaladi also thanked the President for his visit, saying the knowledge that he shared in their grief was an important source of strength for them. Ends
