Boko to update on economic status

A comprehensive overview of the economic status will be presented by President Advocate Duma Boko during the State-of-the-Nation Address on November 19, says Vice President and also Minister of Finance, Mr Ndaba Gaolathe.
However, he said the state of country’s budgetary systems and the overall economic status was critical than initially anticipated.
Thus, he assured the public that the new administration was dedicated to rejuvenating the economy and establishing a financially stable Botswana.
He said this during a media briefing in Gaborone yesterday,
As part of their recovery efforts, he said government would also investigate the role and performance of State-Owned Enterprises seeking ways to enhance their operation to better fulfill their mandates. Ends
