Phillip Moshotle Primary School in Marapoathutlwa South, in the Gaborone Bonnington North constituency will close at 7:15pm.

The Returning Officer, Ms Khumo Maruza said in an interview that the polling station opened late at 6:45am due to some delays.

However, she said in general, voting went well in her area of jurisdiction, adding that counting would be at Phillip Moshotle Primary School.

Marapoathutlwa South ward is one of the seven wards in the Gaborone Bonnington Constituency, which are Marapoathutlwa North and South, Boseja North and South, Peolwane, Moselewapula and Itumeleng wards .

In the parliamentary seat,  Bonnington North candidates are Reverend Dr Prince Dibeela of Botswana Congress Party , Ms Anna Mokgethi of Botswana Democratic Party, Mr Ofentse Motsumi of Botswana Movement for Democracy, Mr Ookeditse Malesu of Botswana Patriotic Front and Ms Maipelo Mophuting of Umbrella for Democratic Change.
