President Dr Mokgweetsi Masisi and First Lady Ms Neo Masisi on Wednesday visited  Tlhaselo family in Ramotswa to offer their condolences following the death of Mr Seabelo Tlhaselo.

This followed the untimely passing of the renowned transport businessman who took his last breath on Sunday.

Comforting the family, President Masisi said despite the heart breaking nature of his death, the late Mr Tlhaselo would be remembered for his good heart and unmatched entrepreneurial acumen.

 “Our late brother was second to none and his entrepreneurial spirit stands out. Remember that and celebrate it,” President Masisi advised the family.

President Masisi also urged the Tlhaselo family to remember their late father in a good way. “You all know him very well and must remember his undying spirit of goodwill. I urge you to unite as a family and retain his legacy,” he said.

Dr Masisi said he found it fitting to condole with the family during the difficult time that the family was going through.

In response, family representative Mr Victor Tlhaselo thanked the President for his visit and support.

“We are saddened by his death, but we find comfort in Jesus. We have accepted his tragic passing and are now preparing to lay him to rest,” he said

Mr Tlhaselo shared details of the memorial service scheduled for today in honour of their beloved family member, with the burial set for Saturday in Ramotswa. ENDS
