Botswana Public Service College (BPSC) has noted with concern the continued reference of the college as Botswana Institute of Administration and Commerce (BIAC).

The concern is referenced with respect to the stadium developed by Gaborone United Sporting Club on the college premises following a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) entered into on December 15, 2021. 

In a press release from BPSC, the college appeals to members of the media, stakeholders and the public to refer to the stadium as the Botswana Public Service College Stadium or the BPSC Stadium in consonance with the MoA.It further says the college notes with appreciation, Gaborone United’s full understanding of the changes following Botswana Premier League’s use of the right naming for the stadium, as reflected by their use of it in the 2024/25 FNBB Botswana Football League fixtures.

“We will be grateful if the BPSC is correctly referred to as named and that the new stadium is also referred to as either the BPSC stadium or the BPSC Stadium,” adds the release.

Botswana Institute of Administration and Commerce, as per the release, ceased to exist in 2008 to give way to BPSC, which started its operations in 2010. ends
