KKT goes to mindset change contests

Ms Goutlwamang Gaemengwe’s KKT Nature Taste Investments from Kgomokasitwa will represent Moshupa District at Mindset Change competitions billed for Seronga August 14.
The company advanced after eclipsing 20 other companies who entered the competition.
Ms Gaemengwe said the company’s  aimed at selling healthy fresh produce such as the various types of juices made from natural resources.
She noted that the products would be made from natural resources, as Kgomokasitwa was richly abundant with natural resources that were not being utilised.
Others products will be made from indigenous fruit trees, veld products while others will be made from arable farming produce.
 Such a venture, she said, was going to change the community’s mindset about natural resources like aloe in their village.
She further explained that it will also generate more job opportunities for the villagers hence reducing unemployment. Ms Gaemengwe further expressed confidence that she was going to represent Moshupa District very well and bring the trophy home.
A total of 20 business ideas from various villages throughout the Moshupa District were presented, with top five advancing. Moshupa District Mindset Cordinator, Ms Banyalali Matsetse, stated that communities were expected to come up with entrepreneurial ideas regarding Mindset Change initiative.
She explained that each idea was expected to align with Vision 2036, and contribute to mindset change initiative, adding that they were also expected to be commercially viable.
Ms Matsetse further explained that the idea should be marketable, use natural resources within their area and it should also have environmental and social considerations. ENDS
