Government is committed to uphold the principles of democracy through dialogue and consultations. 

Speaking during the All-Party Conference yesterday, Minister for State President, Mr Kabo Morwaeng said it was government intention and wish to consult and engage with all parties across the political landscape. “I need to reassure you again that this gathering is very pivotal to our democracy,” he said.

He said the current administration resolved to resuscitate the All-Party Conference with the good intention necessitated by the need to uphold basic tenets of the country. 

He said the other major reason for the All-Party Conference was to discuss the modalities of the political party funding, adding that he was thankful to all political parties for their submissions on proposals of how the fund may be utilised. Ends
