Korea-Africa Summit enhances cooperation

President Dr Mokgweetsi Masisi (centre) and First Lady Neo (right) being welcomed at Incheon International Airport by South Korea Deputy Minister of Public Diplomacy, Ambassador Hong Seok-in yesterday. President Masisi is leading the Botswana delegation at the inaugural Korea-Africa Summit, which aims to enhance economic cooperation through increased trade and investment between South Korea and African countries. About 48 African countries, as well as international organisations, business leaders and civil society organisations are in attendance. The summit is themed: The Future We Make Together: Shared Growth, Sustainability and Solidarity.
