The second edition of Boxing Fight Night Championship, an event boxing enthusiasts have been eagerly awaiting is set to ignite Boipuso Hall with a night of electrifying battles and promises to be bigger and better than ever before.

Scheduled for tomorrow, the night's showdown is not just about punches and jabs; it's a celebration of sportsmanship, determination, and the beauty of pugilism. It's an opportunity for the audience to witness the incredible talent that professional boxing has to offer.

The International Super Bantam Weight Championship in the offing, featuring local hero Tefo Letshikgwane squaring off against Zimbabwean Bongani Makokova adds to a night destined to be legendary.

At the official weigh-in, president of the Professional Boxing Association of Botswana, Seroba Binda expressed excitement in hosting such a significant event in Botswana. He extended a warm welcome to boxers, promoters, managers, coaches, and board members, highlighting the collective commitment to professional boxing that brings them together. "This event speaks for the commitment that all of us, in the professional boxing world, hold for the sport," he said.

The Boxing Fight Night Championship has become synonymous with showcasing the highest-quality performances in the ring. “I am sure that we have witnessed boxer’s performances of the highest quality over the course of the past years. Do your best and compete in the spirit of sportsmanship and fair play, and take the opportunity to come closer to each other,” Binda said.

He said the championship was more than a local affair; but a platform for international rivalries to flourish. With opponents from other countries like South Africa and Zimbabwe stepping into the ring, such promises to be a night to remember. The action doesn't stop at the championship fight. Bond Promotions promoter, Bond Ngubula, was thrilled to announce that they have four other exciting fights lined up for the night. The fight card promises a variety of styles and skills that will keep the audience on the edge of their seats.
