Women division two league continues

The women’s division two league continues this weekend.
In one of the fixtures, Geronah will face their hardest test against a rather tricky Untouchable at Lekidi East February 11 at 9am.
Geronah go into the game after thrashing FC Legends 6-1 in their last game and would undoubtedly go into the field determined to collect maximum three points.
As for the Untouchable, they played to a two-all draw against star-studded Police XI in the previous match.
However, Saturday’s game might be won from the bench given the two coaches’ experience and tactics they both applied whenever they approached tough games.
In an interview, Geronah coach, Gaolethoo Nkutlwisang, acknowledged that her side, comprising mostly school going girls, would be facing a tough and solid team.
“But what I can tell you is that we are not going to allow Untouchable to score an early goal because it can unsettle my players and demoralise them. Our mission is to collect three maximum points in all the games we will be playing this season,” Nkutlwisang said.
For his part, Untouchable coach, Boni Mametse, said the morale in his camp was high and they were ready for the clash.
Mametse did not anticipate an easy game, saying ‘it is always difficult to plan for Geronah because they do not have a standard line-up. They are a tricky side. They change their squad every week and this makes it difficult for us to come up with a solid game plan,” he said.
Meanwhile, other weekend fixtures will pit FC Legends against Mazottie at Lekidi West at 9am while Ginomai would play against Police XI at Lekidi East and Vicomates would welcome Big Sisters at Lekidi West. The two games start at 4pm.
In the DTCB women’s league, Township Rollers would face Wonder Girls at Lekidi East while Security Systems host FC Ambassadors at Lekidi West at 9am.
A fierce battle is expected between Prisons and Gaborone United at Lekidi East at 4pm. Both sides have experienced players and had won their games with avalanche of goals in their season opener performance.
That also remains a must-see for the spectators as they enjoy a beautiful display of football over the weekend.
Another exciting clash between UB Kicks and the defending league champions, Double Action would be played at Lekidi West. Ends
