After a long absence from the stage, vocalist Phemelo Lesokwane alias Fresh Les is set to return with his latest offering dubbed The return of Fresh Les expected to hit online stores July 30.

The return of Fresh Les, the artiste’s sixth album, will be launched at Fora Farm in Kumakwane September 24.

Fresh Les, who is also the president of Botswana Musicians Union (BOMU) announced his return during a press briefing in Gaborone on Wednesday.

The vocalist, who admitted to battling with industry frustrations told the media that he was much better and ready to drop more music.

He said the album launch would continue to Hukuntsi, Gantsi and Maun during the independence holidays.   

The musician said he was banking on the media’s support to promote the album and ensure that Batswana get a taste of what took him ages to brew.

The launch line-up includes Franco and Afro Musica among others while the tickets would be out for sale next month at outlets that are yet to be confirmed.

Fresh Les said the advance tickets would be sold at P70 and P100 at the gate, while the VIP ticket would be sold at P750. The show is expected to start at 12 noon ending the following day. Ends
