CJ to announce winner soon
Chief Justice Terence Rannowane is expected to pronounce the winner of the 2019 general elections as soon as one of the parties win 29 parliamentary seats.
According to Independent Electoral Commission spokesperson, Mr Osupile Maroba the Chief Justice may announce a winner or a stalemate.
At the moment Botswana Democratic Party is leading with 26 parliamentary seats, followed by Umbrella for Democratic Change with 11, Botswana Patriotic Front with two and Alliance for Progressives with one.
The announcement will be made at Mass Media complex at any moment from now. ENDS
