Unami Selelo alias UnaSell’s Afro pop single dubbed Ke wena hit shelves last month.

The reputable theatre actress features the talented lyricist Atasaone Molemogi aka ATI on her latest offering.

ATI’s contribution adds some flair to the single and there is no doubt about it being a house hold name.

Over the years ATI has proved to be a force to reckon with, as a talented vocalist with most of his collaborations topping charts.

Certainly the duo’s collaboration is likely to make rounds among music fanatics during the festive season.

Popularly known for her melodious vocals, UnaSell fits in quite impressively in the soothing and soulful instruments with ATI completing the rhythm with heart-warming Setswana lyrics.

The song is indeed a marvel to listen to in the era where Afro pop is at the top of its game.

The 31-year-old Unasell has been plying her trade as a theatre actress, vocalist, songwriter and contemporary folklore musician until she decided to dip her nose into the highly competitive music industry.

Unasell, who hails from Serowe, made her entry into the music scene in 2017 with her debut single track titled Ikgabetse inspired by the unfathomable experiences in her own society.

To date, Unasell has released four singles, previously she had been singing folklore music until she decided to try another genre in her latest offering.

Her music shares the wisdom and wealth of experience inherited through her personal and general life experiences.

She has rubbed shoulders with upright musicians and producers in the mould of Kuzeri Kumakili and Aobakwe Matsomo among others.

The former member of Tselakgopo Cultural commands a large following through her outstanding theatrical skills, which reached climax when she won lead actress award during the Botswana Annual Presidential Competitions Drama Act Award, a feat she won in 2015 and 2016 consecutively. ENDs
