Ghanzi East Sub-council Vice Council Chairperson, Mr Gabriel Nguahoka, who is also a Councillor for Ghanzi Township south has donated blankets to Ghanzi Primary Hospital. 

Speaking during the donation, Mr Nguahoka said the district is faced with many challenges, which the government cannot  overcome alone but rather needs all stakeholders to come on board.

He said as part of the district leadership, he found it fit to play his part and donate the blankets considering the current cold weather conditions. 

Mr Nguahoka said it is upon the hospital management to see that the blankets benefit the whole district, as it admits patients from the whole district. 

Ghanzi Primary Hospital matron, Ms Peggy Mlazi said they appreciated the donation, especially that it comes during the winter season. 

Ms Mlazi said the blankets will be of great value to the hospital. She  was thankful for the donation and the recognition the hospital gets from the district leadership, which she said showed that the  leadership is involved in the daily running of the hospital and they care for the patients. ENDS
