Mr Sekausu acknowledged that Ipelegeng had absorved a lot of the residents. Kgosi Moipolai complained of shortage of land in the area to establish ranches, resulting in their livestock straying.
One of the residents, Mr Otlhalositse Mokoba complained that his livestock was held by the local council as stray animals, arguing that this was not fair since the animals strayed due to lack of water in the village and he was now expected to pay a fine for their release.
Another resident, Ms Lucretia Goitsemang complained of shortage of land in the area.
The situation , she said, disadvantaged her as she wanted a plot to establish a business under the sponsorship of the youth ministry.
