The newly elected chairperson of Serowe Administration Authority (SAA), Mr Mpho Kooreme, has promised to take customer satisfaction as his priority

Speaking during this week ‘sub council meeting, Mr Kooreme said team work and commitment were recipes to carry the administration authority forward.  He called for symbiotic relationship between the local political and administrative arm. 

However, he said he was aware that SAA experienced challenges exaggerated to by slow economic growth due economic meltdown. The chairperson said they were faced with shortage of funds and as a result of the ailing machinery they are experiencing slow implementation of projects.

This status, he said remained unchanged for three successive years following economic down fall hence poor maintenance of infrastructure. Mr Kooreme said since the economy was recovering things would turn around. He said they will continue to prioritize projects implementation.

Also he challenged his counterparts that they are representatives of the people and have promised to change their lives for the better and make them easier. ENDS
